Ed.: BBSR, June 2017
The present report investigates in what way urban policy has been designed in an integrated and holistic fashion in various European and some extra-European countries in recent years. The overarching objective of the study is to take stock of the importance of integrated urban development policies and concomitant governance arrangements, coordination mechanisms and financing instruments in view of current, modern-day urban challenges and the most recent European political developments.
