Internships

Are you interested gaining insights into scientific policy advice and research projects in urban and spatial development?

Every year, the BBSR offers work internships for students in the relevant degree programmes (geography, spatial planning, economics, architecture, structural engineering, building services, business engineering). The prerequisites for completing an internship of at least six weeks in the BBSR are that it is compulsory in your respective course regulations (module handbook), training regulations, or is an obligatory part of training at a legally regulated vocational academy, and that you are in at least the fifth semester at the time of the internship.

In this list (in German), you will find various topics of the specialist units. But you are also welcome to apply with your own topics for certain units.
