Forecasting German construction prices over the medium term

Project completed: The research project has developed a forecasting model that is capable of generating medium-term forecasts of construction prices in Germany of up to five years. The forecasts can be updated multiple times per year. An estimate of forecast uncertainty is also given.

The goal of this research project was to gather topical and reliable data on inventory activities in residential and non-residential construction.

Interreg: Spatial effects of transnational cooperation and their measurability

Project completed: The project was supposed to identify the specific spatial challenges within the cooperation areas that involve Germany. The results were incorporated into the Interreg B programme drafts of the funding period 2021-2027.
